Start a project.
An email is all it takes. A few sentences about what you need is plenty — the first conversation covers the rest.
What to include in your first message
None of it is required — rough notes are fine. The more you can tell us, the more useful the first conversation is.
- What you need built — a new site, a redesign, or something specific
- What the business or project does
- Whether a website already exists, and where
- Any references or ideas you already have
- Anything important about how it has to work
- Roughly when you’d like it, if timing matters
What happens next.
Every project runs through the same four steps. The first is a conversation: what your business does and what the site has to do, worked out before any design or build decisions are made.

If you’d rather look us up before writing, LinkedIn is the place to do it.

A first message commits you to nothing. It starts a conversation, and everything else follows from there.
